Ingredients:


• 2 cups Greek yogurt 0%

• 1/4 cup heavy cream (33% fat)

• 1/4 cup peanut butter

• 1/4 cup honey

• 1/2 cup chocolate chips

• 2 scoops chocolate protein powder (Pure Protein)


Instructions:


1. Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, heavy cream, peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips, and protein powder. Stir until smooth and well-mixed.

2. Prepare for Freezing: Place spoons on parchment paper and pour equal portions of the mixture onto each spoon.

3. Freeze: Freeze for 4-6 hours or until firm.
