When your dessert healthier than some people meal

I made a big batch of black beans yesterday for dinner and tons left. I was breaking my head what to do with that. First, I thought of making meatballs or a salad, but it didn’t feel right. I wanted to come up with something different.
The next day, I got into my creative mode and opened the fridge to see what was in there and decide to experiment. For a while, I had promised my boys a healthy treat, so I decided to try something new. The result was a big hit, and I’m not even kidding after 30 min all my healthy treats were gone lol, so I did another batch day after.
It may not look as good as other “fancy” sugary treats, but it is so delicious and moist, healthy, and nutritious. I decide to call it Bombastic Healthy Treat.
The first time I made this bombastic treat in the microwave, it was ready in 10 min (honestly, I’m not a big fan of microwave cooking) but I had no time, sometimes it is just really convenient. The next day I made them in the oven in a mini muffins pan. They both turn amazing.
Next thing I had to share and inspire people to experiment with a healthy cooking alternative.
