These healthy, delicious cookies will make sure that Santa will have lots of energy to visit all the little kiddos. Bake eat, and don't forget to leave some for Santa (; This mixture amount will make about 50 cookies. Be generous on the maple syrup if you want your cookies to be sweeter

      1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Line a bottom of cookie sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
      2. In the food processor bowl, add zucchini, mango, banana, eggs, coconut butter, yogurt, and maple syrup. Mix about a couple of minutes until well combined and smooth.
      3. Add the oats, coconut flour, and cocoa powder to the food processor and mix well until well combined.
      4. Scoop the cookies mixture with a tbsp to the cookie sheet. I scooped it out with a tsp.
      5. Bake for 35-50 minutes, cool them out, enjoy. Note: The first batch I baked mine for 40 minutes, the cookies turned a little soft. The second batch baked longer as I got distracted and forgot about that (let's blame the kids again, haha). The cookies turned hard and crunchy. So play with the baking time as you like.
