Instructions
  1. Fry the celery and onion on a grease pot at medium-high heat for about 5-10 minutes or until starting to get brown, make sure to stir well.
  2. Add the ground beef and turkey, stir well until the meat brown and fully cooked, and drain.
  3. Add the chickpeas and lentils and stir well.
  4. Add the taco seasoning packs (follow by the instruction on the pack) or add the home made taco seasoning to the water mix well pour into the meat, mix well, simmer for 5 minutes or until thickened.
Recipe Notes

I used with 2 pound of extra lean ground beef and 1 pound of ground turkey that last for my famliy of 4 for 2 full meals and another half that i frozed. I often making big butches of food and freezing left overs, its staying fresh and can be great for times that im not feel like cook.
