I am Alina Waddell, certified by The International Sports Sciences Association as a Certified Fitness Trainer and Nutrition Coach, and the founder of fitnessmindset.ca blog. I live and breathe fitness on a daily base and a mom to 2 active cute boys.

 Online personal training its the new fashion way to get in shape. Its convinced, effective, and cost-efficient, it will allow you to workout anywhere and anytime.

1- on -1 Personal Training 
Training in-person ensures your training; it’s safe and effective. It is a great way to gain confidence in your workout, perfect demonstration, get form check, and tons of motivation and support.

 Hybrid Personal Training model

It is a combination of both in-person training and online training. It is one of the most effective ways to have personal training. Its convenient, affordable, and allow me to provide my client’s on-going support. You are getting a customized training program and nutrition plan through the smartphone / PC app that I monitor and checking your progress consistently. Within the app, you can record your weights and reps, measurement, progress pictures, and more. In our, In-person sessions, we will check for troubleshoots, technique checks, and demonstration of new exercise.

Do I need a gym membership to get fit?
For some people, the gym can be overwhelming, the membership fees, all the fancy confusing heavy equipment, and the busy hours when you need to spend your time waiting to get your exercises done. All of those can make “great” excuse why not get fit.

Is that have to be that way? Of course not! You do not have to have a gym membership, or fancy expensive equipment, to get in shape. You can be as fit as you want to be, stronger, happier look and feel better, with only bodyweight or easy to use affordable accessories that can be done at your home or outdoor, you can do fun and effective workout.
